Back from Paillard (France) and the E-textiles Summer Camp 2015. Great meeting of e-textiles makers and designers!

I was part of Industrialisation focus group together with Ebru Kurbak, Mili Tharakan, Becky Stewart. We concentrate on the parallel between textiles and electronics manufacturing processes and we looked at possible paths to follow in the process of industrialising the e-textiles. There were interesting debates around the social, educational and juridical aspects related to industrialisation.

I also presented the Internet of Soft Things (IoST) project I am part of at Nottingham Trent University in the frame of E-Cuvee 2015 exhibition.
